Judge in Chambers means a Judge of the Supreme Court of Belize sitting in Chambers;
Judge in Chambers means the Chief Justice or any judge of the High Court sitting in chambers;

  • To facilitate and expedite the hearing of contested inter partes applications before a Registrar in Chambers and Registrar’s Appeals before a District Judge in Chambers, the applicant and the respondent to the application shall file their Written Submissions no later than 3 working days prior to the hearing date fixed by the Court and shall serve a copy thereof on the other party to the application or his solicitor.
