  • The Company agrees and acknowledges that the number of Shares repurchased may be a significant percentage of the number of Shares offered under the Registration Statement, and, depending on market factors and the terms of the JPMorgan Options, is likely to represent substantially more than half of the number of Shares offered and sold hereunder.
