JPM Mortgage definition

JPM Mortgage means the Mortgage and Security Agreement, dated August 12, 2005, entered into by Xxxx-Xxxx Holmdel, L.L.C., as borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as lender for the principal sum of $33,500,000, which mortgage encumbers the Holmdel, NJ property.
