Joint Software Development Agreement means that certain Joint Software Development Agreement to be entered into by and between Rocky Mountain Support Services, Inc. and Property Insight, LLC, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT O, as such Joint Software Development Agreement may be amended from time to time.
