Joint Osteoporosis Committee definition

Joint Osteoporosis Committee means the committee of two Signal scientific representatives and one Signal business representative and two Tanabe scientific representatives and one Tanabe business representative appointed by such respective Party (with the business representatives on the Joint Inflammation Committee and the Joint Osteoporosis Committee being for each party the same individual) to coordinate the research and development activities with respect to Compounds for the prevention and treatment of Osteoporosis under the Collaborative Project and carry out such other duties as are agreed to in writing by the Parties from time to time.

  • Joint Steering Committee or “JSC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;

  • Joint Committee means the committee established under Article 19 [Joint Committee];

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Research Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Joint Research Committee or “JRC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Regulatory Oversight Committee means the committee of the Board constituted in accordance with Rule 204.

  • Advisory Committee means the Employer's Advisory Committee as from time to time constituted.

  • Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.

  • Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.

  • Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Supervisory Committee means the Comisión Fiscalizadora of the Company.

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.

  • JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the board.
