Joint Development and Manufacturing Committee definition

Joint Development and Manufacturing Committee means the committee formed by the Parties under Article 2.

  • The Parties have adopted an initial Supply Services Plan, as attached hereto as Appendix I, to act as a guide for the Joint Development and Manufacturing Committee in this respect.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • JMC has the meaning given in Section 4.13;

  • JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Collaboration has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.
