JOB-WORKER definition
JOB-WORKER means the enlisted person/firm/organisation having men, machinery, materials etc. to execute the work satisfactorily as per scope indicated herein within stipulated period.
JOB-WORKER means the person / firm / organization i.e. reputed Electrical Contractor having LT license / Registered Electrical Firm having relevant experience on L.T. erection and installation work, subsequent technical person, machinery, materials etc. have been awarded by OCCL to execute the work satisfactorily as per scope indicated herein within stipulated period.
JOB-WORKER means the person / firm / organization i.e. reputed Electrical Job-Worker enlisted in OCC Ltd. having HT/LT license / Registered Electrical Firm having relevant experience on L.T. erection and installation work, subsequent technical person, machinery, materials etc. have been awarded by OCCL to execute the work satisfactorily as per scope indicated herein within stipulated period.

JOB-WORKER means and include Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) and its different functionaries entrusted with the responsibilities in relation to the contract in respect of the area of responsibilities of such functionaries.
