Job Retention Services definition

Job Retention Services means individualized job site training and support services that enable a Customer to learn the essential functions of a job and meet the Employer’s expected level of job performance for at least ninety (90) calendar days after services are authorized.
Job Retention Services means services provided to assist a Participant in maintaining and retaining employment after the intensive period of Job Coaching Services end. These services include, but are not limited to: periodic Job Coaching Services, regular ongoing assessment of the Participant’s progress through interactions with the Participant’s employer or onsite review, assurance to the Participant and the employer that help is available if a problem arises, and response(s) to changes in the employment situation. These services shall not be offered simultaneously with Job Coaching Services. Utilization of Job Retention Services by a Participant for longer than eighteen (18) months shall be reviewed during the Participant’s ISP and there shall be documentation in the ISP to support the Participant’s ongoing need for this service.
Job Retention Services means individualized training and support services, including routine engagement either on site or through Remote Services Delivery or a hybrid of both that enable a Customer to learn the essential functions of a job and specific workplace expectations to meet the Employer’s expected level of job performance for at least ninety (90) calendar days after services are authorized.

Examples of Job Retention Services in a sentence

  • Job Retention Services are provided for up to 90 days once the food benefit has ended to an individual who secured employment after receiving other employment and training services.

  • Job Retention Services One Stop System Operator will provide services to employed WIOA Adult and DW program clients to ensure job retention, assist with problems that may arise and ensure further progress toward long-term employment and self-sufficiency.

  • Remote Services Delivery is allowed under Job Retention Services if the Customer and VRC agree that it will meet the Customer’s needs to have some, or all services provided remotely: that the customer has the technology available to engage in remote delivery of services, has the appropriate level of ability to use the technology, and it is documented on the SDOP.

  • The BUDGET SCHEDULE consists of the following budget categories: Salaries, Benefits, 11 Benefits Rate and Number of Full-Time Equivalents (FTE), Staff Travel, Operating Expenses Furniture 12 and Equipment, Consumable Testing and Instructional Materials, Tuition Payments/Vouchers, On-the Job Training, Participant Wages and Fringe Benefits, Support Services, Job Retention Services, Contractual Services, Indirect and Other.

  • CONTRACTOR shall provide a report to CCA measuring the percentage of CalWORKs who complete their assigned component activity, Job Placement and Job Retention Services for each of the subpopulations (homeless, limited-English proficient, and specialized supportive services population) under each tier model on a monthly basis.
