Job Proposal definition

Job Proposal means the proposal document or statement of work (SOW) document prepared by Engagis prior to the commencement of the Job setting out the scope of work to be undertaken for the Customer.

  • Construction ofthe Supply Test Well and Injection Test Well shall conform to the Job Proposal, with such changes as may be agreed to by the parties as set forth herein.

  • Drilling Contractor, without invalidating this Agreement, may change the actual constructed quantity ofone or more items as shown on the attached Job Proposal by up to 15% without Owner's consent.

  • Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.

  • Bid Proposal or “Proposal” means the Bidder’s proposal submitted in response to the RFP.
