Software" means any code, both in source and object form, including all interfaces, navigational devices, menus, menu structures or arrangements, icons and other instructions directing Hardware to perform a function, including computer software programs, databases and all documentation relating thereto, that are owned by the Companies or their Subsidiaries and/or used by the Companies or their Subsidiaries.
