It is further expressly agreed that each time any Dispenser or Refueller or other equipment suitable for Aircraft Refuelling gains Access to the Facility assets, ITP automatically confirms that the Dispenser or the Refueller is fit for purpose, by full compliance with JIG Standards and manufacturer’s requirements of respective vehicle or equipment.
ACCESS TO THE FACILITY: Operator shall ensure that the ITP is permitted to have Access to the Pit Valves on the apron, Refueller Loading Assets, Test Rig and other assets which are deemed and agreed as necessary for operational effectiveness (execution of such Access shall be in strict accordance with the Operating Manuals and the JIG Standards).
Operator warrants that the Facility is maintained and operated according to the latest issue of the JIG Standards (JIG 2), the JIG HSSEMS or other equivalent standards and manufacturers’ recommendations.
Meter calibration shall meet the requirements of the JIG Standards and the requirements of national/local regulations if more stringent than the JIG Standard.
Where, for the purposes of operational effectiveness the ITP requires access to test rig facilities or other infrastructure that are operated and maintained by Operator will provide access to those Facilities or assets in a manner that is fair and non-discriminatory for the purposes referred herein, and maintain said test rig according to the latest issue of the JIG Standards (JIG 2).
The ITP warrants that its facilities and vehicles are maintained and operated according to the latest issue of the JIG Standards (JIG 1), the JIG HSSEMS or other equivalent standards and manufacturers recommendations.
