JIG Standards definition

JIG Standards means the latest issue of: JIG 1 – “Aviation Fuel Quality Control & Operating Standards for Into-Plane Fuelling Services”; JIG 2 - Aviation Fuel Quality Control and Operating Standards for Airport Depots and Hydrants developed by the Joint Inspection Group and EI/JIG Standard 1530 – Quality Assurance Requirements for the Manufacture, Storage and Distribution of Aviation Fuels to Airports), JIG Health, Safety, Security and Environmental Management System Standard for Aviation Fuel Facilities at Airports (HSSEMS) all published by the Joint Inspection Group, as appropriate.

  • It is further expressly agreed that each time any Dispenser or Refueller or other equipment suitable for Aircraft Refuelling gains Access to the Facility assets, ITP automatically confirms that the Dispenser or the Refueller is fit for purpose, by full compliance with JIG Standards and manufacturer’s requirements of respective vehicle or equipment.

  • The ITP warrants that its facilities and vehicles are maintained and operated according to the latest issue of the JIG Standards (JIG 1), the JIG HSSEMS or other equivalent standards and manufacturers recommendations.

Related to JIG Standards

  • auditing standards means auditing standards as defined in National Instrument 52-107 Acceptable Accounting Principles and Auditing Standards;
