JIBs is defined in Section 7.1(c)(iii).
FedRAMP means the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (see xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx), which is an assessment and authorization process that federal government agencies have been directed to use to ensure security is in place when accessing Cloud computing products and services.
Path means the Port Authority Trans-Hudson Corporation.
Extras means items of works or materials not expressly or in the original Contract.
IMO means the International Maritime Organization;
LAN means Local Area Network.

Helper means a person engaged in general manual labor activities who provides assistance to an apprentice, journeyperson, or master while under the supervision of a journeyperson or master.
SCAQMD means the South Coast Air Quality Management District, a part of the California Air Resources Board, which is responsible for the regulation of air quality in the State of California.
Touch-up coating means a coating used to cover minor coating imperfections appearing after the main coating operation.
MAOP means the maximum allowable operating pressure of the Maui Pipeline or any part of it, as set out in Schedule 6.
Bulkhead means an airtight structure separating the working chamber from free air or from another chamber under a lower pressure than the working pressure;
Opaque means impenetrable to sight.
Cabinet means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services;
lb means pound.
Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.
TBD or “To Be Determined” are items listed in tables that are not yet identified. Any and all TBD items, set forth in tables contained herein, shall be determined by mutual agreement between the Contractor’s liaison and the Meeting Planner and confirmed in writing.
Enamel means a coat of colored material, usually opaque, that is applied as a protective topcoat over a basecoat, primer, or a previously applied enamel coat. In some cases, another finishing material may be applied as a topcoat over the enamel.
Catalogue means the catalogue of IT Products available for Order under the provisions of the Framework Agreement.
CM means City Manager of COE appointed in terms of Section 82 of the Local Government: Municipal Structures Act 117 of 1998
Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;
BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
