JHU License Agreement definition

JHU License Agreement means the license agreement entered into on September, 29, 1993, between MORPHOSYS and The Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University, a redacted copy of which is appended hereto as Appendix 1.24.
JHU License Agreement means the License Agreement dated as of February 5, 1992 by and between Genzyme (as successor to PharmaGenics, Inc.), The Xxxxx Xxxxxxx University (“JHU”) and Xxxxxxx-Xx Xxxxx Inc. (“Roche”), as amended from time to time.
