Jersey Business means the long-term insurance business carried on (as such expression is interpreted for the purpose of the Insurance Business (Jersey) Law 1996) by a Transferor at the Jersey Transfer Date in or from within Jersey comprised in the NPIL Transferred Business and the NPLL Transferred Business;
