  • It is the Clients sole responsibility to ensure that they clearly discuss and agree with third party fees and charges when providing JDX representatives with Instructions for transactions.

  • Any obligation of JDX arising by operation of this clause is subject to JDXs determination under this clause.

  • However, JDX shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect or consequential loss (including any loss of profits) incurred as a result of a delay in funds reaching the Clients nominated account.
