It is the Clients sole responsibility to ensure that they clearly discuss and agree with third party fees and charges when providing JDX representatives with Instructions for transactions.
If it is important that an exact amount of a particular currency arrives, client shall advise JDX accordingly and JDX shall be entitled to impose further related charge.
The Client authorises JDX to utilise the Monies for meeting obligations incurred by JDX in connection with Contracts.
