Japan Business Day definition

Japan Business Day means a day (other than a Saturday or a Sunday) on whichbanks, stock exchanges and financial instruments firms (kin-yu shohin torihiki gyosha) in Japan are open for business, or such other day or days as the Manager may from time to time determine;
Japan Business Day means each Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday which is not a day on which the KLFB or banking institutions in Japan are generally authorized or obligated by law or executive order to close;
Japan Business Day means any day other than a bank holiday in Japan as determined under the Banking Law of Japan (Law No. 59 of 1981, as amended).

  • Currency Business Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre of the Relevant Currency or, in the case of euros, a city in which banks in general have access to the TARGET2 System.
