J-Code definition

J-Code means a Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Level II alpha-numeric code issued by CMS to identify and describe a drug product.
J-Code means a code issued pursuant to the HCFA Command Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) recognized by Medicare carriers and Medicare agencies.

Examples of J-Code in a sentence

  • J-Code to NDC crosswalk requires validation data (e.g., crosswalk to products with multiple NDCs and/or package sizes).

  • Claims for drug products obtained and/or administered in an office/clinic or other non-institutional setting and processed via Contractor’s medical benefit shall contain a valid National Drug Code (NDC) and other necessary information such as a HCPCS code (J-Code, Q-Code, A-Code) and appropriate billable units.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • 1954 Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended from time to time through the date of enactment of the Code.   • Sort code means the 6-digit code that identifies a particular bank and bank branch in the Republic of Ireland;

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Network Code means the document now known as the Network Code and formerly known as the Railtrack Track Access Conditions 1995;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act, Act 4 of 2013;

  • IRS Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time or any successor statute.

  • Waste code means the six digit code referable to a type of waste in accordance with the List of Wastes (England)Regulations 2005, or List of Wastes (Wales) Regulations 2005, as appropriate, and in relation to hazardous waste, includes the asterisk.

  • Uniform Network Code means the uniform network code as defined in Standard Special Condition A11(6) of National Grid’s transporters licence, as such code may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

  • Act of 1992 means the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (No. 7 of 1992);

  • Data Protection Law means the applicable legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and their right to privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement (and includes, as far as it concerns the relationship between the parties regarding the processing of Personal Data by SAP on behalf of Customer, the GDPR as a minimum standard, irrespective of whether the Personal Data is subject to GDPR or not).
