  • In connection with the foregoing, the Series is authorized to pay all or part of the Distribution Fee directly to such transferee as directed by CDC IXIS Distributors.

  • Natixis means Natixis Real Estate Capital LLC and its successors in interest.

  • HSBC means HSBC Bank USA, National Association.

  • Credit Support Provider has the meaning specified in the Schedule.
