IVU definition

IVU means the sales and use tax, in Spanish, “Impuesto de Ventas y Uso”, implemented in the Puerto Rico Jurisdiction through the PR Internal Revenue Code. “Lien” shall mean a mortgage, pledge, judgment lien, security interest, charging order, or other charge or encumbrance on Property as is effective under applicable law as of the Petition Date.
