IUK Information System definition

IUK Information System means the following as modified from time to time by IUK:
IUK Information System means the IUK computer based information exchange system allowing the electronic transfer of information between IUK and each of: (a) the IAA Shippers;

Examples of IUK Information System in a sentence

  • Where the IUK Information System is not available, all invoices, bids or applications to purchase Capacity, offers for Buy-back, Nominations, Allocations and other communications shall for the duration of such event be given or made by such alternative means as are specified by IUK.

  • The IAA Shipper shall enter into a System User Agreement prior to being granted access to the IUK Information System.

  • Where IUK and an IAA Shipper (acting as an STA Shipper) agrees with IUK that for the Initial Period or any part of it that all of its STA Capacity shall cease to be STA Capacity and shall be Capacity that is subject to the provisions of this Agreement, IUK shall register such IAA Shipper as holding such amount of capacity on the IUK Information System.

  • IUK has established and will maintain Contingency Arrangements to deal with any material failure in the IUK Information System and/or the connections within the IUK Area of Responsibility but cannot guarantee that such Contingency Arrangements will ensure availability of the IUK Information System or any such connections.

  • Neither the Shipper nor its Users shall use, or allow access to use, the IUK Information System for any other purpose than the purpose of exercising rights and of fulfilling obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Shipper is responsible at its own cost for ensuring that its systems meet all relevant technical specifications necessary to use the IUK Information System or any service made available through it and that its systems are compatible with the System.

  • All invoices, bids or applications to purchase Capacity, offers for Buy-back, Nominations, Allocations and other communications which are required to be given or made by the IAA Shipper to IUK or by IUK to the IAA Shipper in accordance with this Agreement shall be given or made electronically on the IUK Information System unless permitted to be made on the Joint Booking Platform under Section B of the IUK Access Code or such other method as specified by IUK.

  • IUK will permit any such nominee to access the IUK Information System where such nominee can satisfy the Shipper’s obligations under this Agreement as if it were a Shipper and IUK shall inform the Shipper accordingly.

  • Any material breach of paragraph 3.1(a) of this Section J or unauthorised access to, or use of, the IUK Information System within the Shipper Area of Responsibility will entitle IUK (in addition to any other remedy it may have) to suspend access to the IUK Information System for the Shipper (and/or its Users) immediately.

  • The “Initial Registration Fee” is the one-off fee that a Shipper shall pay to IUK to cover administration costs connected with becoming a Shipper and the costs of granting the Shipper access to the IUK Information System.

  • Contractor information system means an information system belonging to, or operated by or for, the Contractor.

  • Information system means a discrete set of information resources organized for the collection, processing, maintenance, use, sharing, dissemination, or disposition of information (44 U.S.C. 3502).

  • Customer information systems means any methods used to access, collect, store, use, transmit, protect, or dispose of customer in- formation.

  • Coordinated licensure information system means an integrated process for collecting, storing, and sharing information on nurse licensure and enforcement activities related to nurse licensure laws that is administered by a nonprofit organization composed of and controlled by licensing boards.

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Criminal justice information system means a system including the equipment, facilities, procedures,

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Information Service Traffic means Local Traffic or IntraLATA Toll Traffic which originates on a Telephone Exchange Service line and which is addressed to an information service provided over a Party's information services platform (e.g., 976).

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Patient Information means information (however recorded) which—

  • Appendix Information means the information which must be provided for the selected modules as set out in the Appendix of the Approved EU SCCs (other than the Parties), and which for this Addendum is set out in:

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Production System means a live SAP system used for running Licensee’s internal business operations and where Licensee’s data is recorded.

  • Information technology services means services designed to do any of the following:

  • Information Services means the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board’s Electronic Municipal Market Access System; or, such other services providing information with respect to called municipal obligations as the District may specify in writing to the Paying Agent or as the Paying Agent may select.

  • Federal contract information means information, not intended for public release, that is provided by or generated for the Government under a contract to develop or deliver a product or service to the Government, but not including information provided by the Government to the public (such as on public Web sites) or simple transactional information, such as necessary to process payments.

  • Reservation System means the Contributor's Reservation Terminal and Reservation System equipment and software, if any.
