ITT Combined U.S. Income Tax Return definition

ITT Combined U.S. Income Tax Return means any U.S. federal, state, or local consolidated, combined, unitary or similar Income Tax Return that actually includes, by election or otherwise, one or more members of the ITT Group together with one or more members of either the Water Group or the Defense Group.
