ITCU definition
ITCU and “Credit Union” refer to InTouch Credit Union. This Agreement and Disclosure Statement (hereinafter “Agreement”) explains and describes the types of Electronic Funds Transfers which are available to you with our Online Banking system. This Agreement also contains your rights and responsibilities concerning transactions that you make through the Online Banking, including your rights under the Electronic Funds Transfer Act. To qualify for access to the Online Banking, you must be a Credit Union member in good standing. Other conditions may apply. Enhanced Authentication. The FFIEC (Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council) requires all credit unions to implement a multi-layered verification sign-in process. When you sign-up for our Online Banking service you agree to abide by the security measures necessary to access your account . You agree to maintain up-to-date antivirus/malware software on all personal computing devices you use to access Online Banking to protect your log on credentials from being compromised. If you fail to maintain up-to-date antivirus/malware software on your device, you may be responsible for any losses associated with your compromised log on credentials. You agree to perform updates of your computer’s software programs when the software vendor notifies you. It is your responsibility to immediately notify the credit union if you have reason to believe your account, Logon ID, password, or any of your verifying information has been compromised. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SAFEKEEPING YOUR LOGON ID AND PASSWORD. YOU AGREE TO NOT DISCLOSE OR OTHERWISE MAKE YOUR LOGON ID
Examples of ITCU in a sentence
If such employee transfers outside of the ER, ICU, CCU, and ITCU, the employee will be placed on the scale on the basis of one (1) year for every two (2) years of outside prior experience and the limitation in 21.2 (C) (b) will apply.
Employees hired after June 1, 2007 in the ER, ICU, CCU, and ITCU as well as employees at BRMC who were not working in BRMC’s ER, ICU, CCU, and ITCU as of June 1, 2007 and who subsequently transfer into BRMC’s ER, ICU, CCU, and ITCU shall be given credit for each year of prior outside experience up to a maximum of five (5) years and one (1) year credit for each two (2) years of outside experience above five (5) years.
