Italian Subsidiary definition

Italian Subsidiary means each Subsidiary of any Borrower organized under the laws of Italy.
Italian Subsidiary means a Restricted Subsidiary which is incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Italy.
Italian Subsidiary has the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
