ITAA definition

ITAA means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth);
ITAA means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 (“1936 Act”) and the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (“1997 Act”), or if a specific provision is referred to, the Act which contains the provision; however if a specific provision of the 1936 Act is referred to which has been replaced by a provision of the 1997 Act, the reference must be taken to be the replacement provision;
ITAA means the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 of the Commonwealth;
