IT Warranty definition

IT Warranty means a statement in clause 7.1 (in respect of the statements set out in paragraph 13 of Schedule 6) or a statement in paragraph 13 of Schedule 6 and "IT Warranties" means all of those statements;

  • If IT Goods or IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non-conformance develops during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will: (a) remedy the defect by removing, repairing, correcting or replacing, and/or reinstalling any defective IT Goods; (b) re-perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (c) refund the amounts paid for IT Services and IT Goods.

  • The IT Warranty will expire twelve (12) months after the date IT Goods are delivered or IT Services are complete, as applicable.

  • If IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non- conformance develops during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will: (a) remedy the defect by removing, repairing, correcting or replacing, and/or reinstalling any defective IT Services; (b) re-perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (c) refund the amounts paid for IT Services.

  • If IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non- conformance, that is more substantial than Purchaser’s lack of satisfaction with the amount of Data or Information returned or desire for additional details in the Data or Information, occurs during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will(a) re- perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (b) credit the amounts paid for IT services.

  • If IT Fuels or IT Services do not comply with the IT Warranty, or if any defect or non- conformance develops during the IT Warranty Period, Contractor, at Purchaser’s election, promptly will: (a) remedy the defect by removing, repairing, correcting or replacing,and/or reinstalling any defective IT Fuels; (b) re-perform or correct the non-conforming IT Services at no additional cost to Purchaser; or (c) refund the amounts paid for IT Services andIT Fuels.

Related to IT Warranty

  • Limited Warranty means the limited warranties and your coverage provided by IKO for your Shingles as expressly set out in this document, and are the only warranties being provided by IKO.

  • Letter of Representations means any applicable agreement between the Issuer and the applicable Clearing Agency, with respect to such Clearing Agency’s rights and obligations (in its capacity as a Clearing Agency) with respect to any Book-Entry Securitization Bonds.
