IT Fees means the costs and fees payable to Operator and third-party providers for services and equipment pursuant to Section 6.3 and as described in Exhibit A.

Examples of IT Fees in a sentence

  • All IT Fees shall be an Operating Expense, shall be included in and subject to the Budgets and shall be paid or reimbursed to Operator out of the Agency Account or, if the funds therein are insufficient, by Owner.
