Issuer’s Jurisdiction definition

Issuer’s Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction under which the issuer of the security is organized or, if permitted by the law of that jurisdiction, the law of another jurisdiction specified by the issuer. An issuer organized under the law of this state may specify the law of another jurisdiction as the law governing the matters specified in subsection 1, paragraphs “b” through “e”.
Issuer’s Jurisdiction means the jurisdiction under the laws of which the Issuer has been organised or, in respect of the Netherlands Issuer, the place where it has its corporate seat (statutaire zetel), which will be specified in its Programme Deed.
Issuer’s Jurisdiction means the United Kingdom or such other jurisdiction in which the Issuer is subject to taxation as substituted pursuant to Note Condition 15(d) (Substitution);
