Issuer Warranties means, the warranties and undertakings of the Issuer Group contained in Schedule 2; Law means and includes (a) any statute, decree, constitution, regulation, order, judgment or other directive of any Governmental Authority; (b) any treaty, pact, compact or other agreement to which any Governmental Authority is a signatory or party; (c) any judicial or administrative interpretation or application of any Law described in (a) or (b) above; and (d) any amendment or revision of any Law described in (a), (b) or (c) above;

Examples of Issuer Warranties in a sentence

  • The Issuer Warranties and Indemnities have the effect of a contract between the Issuer and the CDC.

Issuer Warranties means the representations and warranties made by the Rose Notes Issuer to the Originator under Clauses 8. and 11.1;
Issuer Warranties means the representations and warranties made by the Rose Notes Issuer to the Originator under Clauses 5. and 8.1 of this Agreement;
Issuer Warranties means, collectively, the Issuer Fundamental Warranties and the Issuer Business Warranties.
