Issuer Warranties definition

Issuer Warranties means the representations and warranties by the Issuer set out in Schedule 11 to the Programme Agreement.

Examples of Issuer Warranties in a sentence

• The Issuer Warranties and Indemnities have the effect of a contract between the Issuer and the CDC.

• As the date of this Trust Deed, the Issuer represents and warrants to the Trustee that the Issuer Warranties are true and accurate in all material respects and not misleading.
