Issuer PII definition

Issuer PII means PII furnished by the Issuer, the Servicer or their Affiliates to the Asset Representations Reviewer and PII developed or otherwise collected or acquired by the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
Issuer PII has the meaning stated in Section 4.10(a).
Issuer PII means Personally Identifiable Information furnished by the Issuer, the Servicer or their Affiliates to the Asset Representations Reviewer and Personally Identifiable Information developed or otherwise collected or acquired by the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Examples of Issuer PII in a sentence

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will implement and maintain reasonable and appropriate practices, procedures and systems, including administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to (i) protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Issuer PII, (ii) ensure against anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Issuer PII, (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of Issuer PII and (iv) otherwise comply with its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Asset Representations Reviewer must comply with all laws applicable to PII, Issuer PII and the Asset Representations Reviewer’s business, including any legally required codes of conduct, including those relating to privacy, security and data protection.

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will notify the Issuer promptly in the event of an actual or reasonably suspected security breach, unauthorized access, misappropriation or other compromise of the security, confidentiality or integrity of Issuer PII and, where applicable, immediately take action to prevent any further breach.

  • None of the Issuer, the Sponsor or the Servicer intend to share, provide or supply any Issuer PII to the Asset Representations Reviewer.

  • Where the Asset Representations Reviewer retains Issuer PII, the Asset Representations Reviewer will limit the Asset Representations Reviewer’s further use or disclosure of Issuer PII to that required by applicable law.

  • However, if the Asset Representations Reviewer receives any Issuer PII, the Asset Representations Reviewer will promptly (i) notify the Servicer and (ii) delete and destroy such Issuer PII in accordance with Section 4.10(c).

  • The Asset Representations Reviewer will ensure that the Review Report does not contain any Issuer PII.

  • The Issuer does not grant the Asset Representations Reviewer any rights to Issuer PII.

  • PII has the meaning stated in Section 4.10(a).

  • Personally identifying information means information, including health information, that could be used to commit fraud or other illegal activity involving the credit, access to health care or identity of an “affected individual”. This includes, but is not limited to, Social Security numbers or account numbers.

  • Personally Identifiable Information or “PII” means information in any format about an identifiable individual, including, name, address, phone number, e-mail address, account number(s), identification number(s), any other actual or assigned attribute associated with or identifiable to an individual and any information that when used separately or in combination with other information could identify an individual. “Issuer PII” means PII furnished by the Issuer, the Servicer or their Affiliates to the Asset Representations Reviewer and PII developed or otherwise collected or acquired by the Asset Representations Reviewer in performing its obligations under this Agreement.

  • Individually Identifiable Health Information means information that is a subset of health information, including demographic information collected from an individual, and: (a) is created or received by a health care provider, health plan, employer, or health care clearinghouse; (b) relates to the past, present, or future physical or mental health or condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; or the past, present, or future payment for the provision of health care to an individual; and (c) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual.

  • Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Client Data means personal data of data subjects, such as your employees, associates or partners, that is provided to S&P Global Ratings during the provision by S&P Global Ratings of the Services to you, such as name, job title, name of employer, office email address, office physical address, internet protocol address, office telephone number and language selection (and excludes special categories of personal data);

  • PHI shall have the meaning given to such term under the HIPAA regulations in 45 CFR § 160.103.

  • Student Data means personally identifiable information, as defined in Section 2-d, from student records that Vendor may receive from the District pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Receiving Party means the Party receiving Confidential Information.

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.
