Issuer Control Agreement definition

Issuer Control Agreement means an Issuer Control Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit F (with any changes that the Agent shall have approved).
Issuer Control Agreement has the meaning set out in clause (ii) of the definition of “Delivery”.
Issuer Control Agreement means an Issuer Control Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C (with any changes that the Collateral Representative shall have approved).
