A provisional charge for such services, which shall be based upon Ispat Inland’s good faith estimate of the payment due by IHCC to Ispat Inland under the Services Agreement, shall be made in connection with the provisional invoice submitted by IHCC to Ispat Inland for the applicable month in accordance with Section 7.1(b) of the Coke Purchase Agreement.
In addition, the procedures by which Ispat Inland is paid for the Inland Services it provides under the Services Agreement shall be modified so that the payment for Inland Services provided by Ispat Inland in any month continues to be offset against the cost of the Coke purchased by Ispat Inland in such month.
