ISO Subsidiary definition

ISO Subsidiary means as of any applicable date any corporation in respect of the Company that is a subsidiary corporation within the meaning of Code Section 424(f).
ISO Subsidiary means any “subsidiary corporation” as defined in Section 424(f) of the Code and any applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, any other entity of which a majority of the outstanding voting stock or voting power is beneficially owned directly or indirectly by the Company.
