ISO New England Transfer Date definition

ISO New England Transfer Date means such date as the transfer to Buyer of Seller’s and/or its Affiliates’ entitlement to the capacity (including locational forward reserve), energy and ancillary services of the Wallingford Station is reflected in all applicable ISO New England systems and databases.
