ISO New England Operating Documents definition

  • Each Party shall comply with applicable provisions of ISO New England Operating Documents, Reliability Standards, or successor documents, regarding operations.

  • Interconnecting Transmission Owner and Interconnection Customer shall each maintain that portion of its respective facilities that are part of the New England Transmission System and the Interconnecting Transmission Owner’s Interconnection Facilities in a safe and reliable manner and in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents.

  • Except as otherwise provided in Article 11.6.1 of this LGIA, a Party shall not be liable to another Party for any action it takes in responding to an Emergency Condition so long as such action is made in good faith and in accordance with the ISO New England Operating Documents, Applicable Reliability Standards, or successor documents.

  • Hospitality Package means any official hospitality package created by MATCH Hospitality comprising a Ticket and certain Match-day hospitality benefits and services to be provided at any Hospitality Facility in connection with the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™. Hospitality Packages do not include services or benefits provided other than at a Hospitality Facility, such as (without limitation) ground transportation, air travel or overnight accommodation services.

  • ESMP or “Environmental and Social Management Plan” means with respect to each activity under the Project pursuant to which the ESMF requires it, a plan to be prepared by the Recipient pursuant to Section I.D.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, in accordance with the provisions of the ESMF and approved by the Association, setting out measures to mitigate any adverse environmental and social impacts arising from such activities; and “ESMPs” means more than one ESMP.

  • Certified operator means the solid waste facility operator or an employee of such operator who is present at the facility and oversees or carries out the daily operations authorized through this Permit, and whose qualifications are currently certified in accordance with Section 22a-209-6 of the RCSA.

  • Medical Specialist means any medical practitioner who is vocationally registered by the Medical Council under the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 in one of the approved branches of medicine and who is employed in either that branch of medicine or in a similar capacity with minimal oversight.

  • PJM Regional Practices Document means the document of that title that compiles and describes the practices in the PJM Markets and that is made available in hard copy and on the Internet. PJM Region Installed Reserve Margin:
