The 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc.
For the purpose of any Transaction which is not traded on a Market (“OTC Transaction”), the definitions and provisions contained in the 2005 ISDA Commodity Definitions (the “Commodity Definitions”), as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc., as may be amended, supplemented or updated from time to time, are incorporated into this Agreement, and are deemed to be incorporated in any confirmation of such Transaction.
