ISAB Minimum Threshold Companies definition

ISAB Minimum Threshold Companies means the Acquired Companies listed as Project-Specific Acquired Companies beside ISAB's name in Schedule A-2, taken as a whole.

Related to ISAB Minimum Threshold Companies

  • Minimum Threshold means the average daily yield on the 10 Year Treasury Note (as reported in the Bloomberg GT10 index) over the Award Period.

  • stipulated minimum threshold means that portion of local production and content as determined by the Department of Trade and Industry; and

  • Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.

  • VWAP Minimum Price Threshold means, with respect to any particular VWAP Purchase Notice, the Sale Price on the VWAP Purchase Date equal to the greater of (i) 80% of the Closing Sale Price on the Business Day immediately preceding the VWAP Purchase Date or (ii) such higher price as set forth by the Company in the VWAP Purchase Notice.

  • Threshold Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(d).

  • Operating Company Number (OCN means the numeric Company Code assigned by NECA identifying CLEC as a Resale or UNE provider.

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,

  • Ownership Threshold means, with respect to any Person, Beneficial Ownership of the greater of (A) 15% of the Common Shares at any time outstanding or (B) the percentage of the outstanding Common Shares Beneficially Owned by such Person on the date of this Rights Agreement, plus in the case of this clause (B) 1% of the Common Shares outstanding on such date.

  • Clinical peer means a physician or other health care professional who holds a non-restricted license in a state of the United States and in the same or similar specialty as typically manages the medical condition, procedure or treatment under review.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).

  • Stated Threshold means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of $110,000,000.00.

  • Threshold means with respect to Party B: infinity.

  • Expenditure minimum means:

  • Quarterly (1/Quarter) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the months of March, June, August, and December, unless specifically identified otherwise in the Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Requirements table.

  • Bid threshold means the dollar amount set in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-3, above which a Board shall advertise for and receive sealed bids in accordance with procedures set forth in N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-1 et seq.

  • Dividend Threshold Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 5.04(a).

  • Micro-purchase threshold means the dollar amount at or below which a district may purchase property or services using micro-pur- chase procedures. Generally, the micro-purchase threshold for pro- curement activities administered under federal awards is not to ex- ceed the amount set by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) at 48 C.F.R. Part 2, Subpart 2.1 [see below], unless a higher threshold is requested by the district and approved by the cogni- zant agency for indirect costs.

  • Minimum Holding means the minimum number or value of Shares which must be held by Shareholders as specified in the relevant Supplement.

  • Minimum Term means the minimum period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement, such period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use;

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $10,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).

  • Terrorism Cap Amount is the specified percentage (which is at least equal to 200%) of the amount of the insurance premium that is payable at such time in respect of the property and business interruption/rental loss insurance required under the related Loan Documents (without giving effect to the cost of terrorism and earthquake components of such casualty and business interruption/rental loss insurance).

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Note, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (a) the day on which such Note is first offered to persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S) in reliance on Regulation S, notice of which day shall be promptly given by the Company to the Trustee, and (b) the date of issuance with respect to such Note or any predecessor of such Note.

  • Minimum Capital Requirement means the Minimum Capital Requirement, the minimum group Solvency Capital Requirement or other minimum capital requirements (as applicable) referred to in the Relevant Rules;
