Cannabinoid edible means food or potable liquid into which a cannabinoid concentrate, cannabinoid extract or dried marijuana leaves or flowers have been incorporated.

COVID-19 symptoms means fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, or diarrhea, unless a licensed health care professional determines the person’s symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID-19.
Membrane filtration means a pressure or vacuum driven separation process in which particulate matter larger than 1 micrometer is rejected by an engineered barrier, primarily through a size-exclusion mechanism, and which has a measurable removal efficiency of a target organism that can be verified through the application of a direct integrity test. Biological agent shall mean any pathogenic (disease producing) micro-organism(s) and/or biologically produced toxin(s) (including genetically modified organisms and chemically synthesized toxins) which cause illness and/or death in humans, animals or plants.
Biological Samples means any physical samples obtained from Study Participants in accordance with the Protocol for the purposes of the Study.

Chronic delinquency" shall mean failure by Tenant to pay Basic Rent, or any other payments required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease within three (3) days after written notice thereof for any three (3) occasions (consecutive or non-consecutive) during any twelve (12) month period. In the event of a chronic delinquency, Landlord shall have the right, at Landlord's option, to require that Basic Rent be paid by Tenant quarterly, in advance.
