  • All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Irdeto and its licensors, and except for the express licenses granted in these Terms, no other licenses are granted in these Terms.

  • If Irdeto gives Company notice that Irdeto has changed the hosting provider and a new “Acceptable Use Policy” applies, then after receipt of such notice Company shall comply at all times with such new policy.

  • Irdeto will notify Company or the applicable authorized reseller within a reasonable time after starting the suspension, and each party will keep the other party reasonably apprised of the efforts to correct the grounds for suspension.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these Terms, Irdeto may collect information relating to Company’s access and use of the TraceMark Platform, as well as derive information through analyzing Company Data and Company Content (collectively, “Learnings”).

  • Both parties acknowledge and agree that Irdeto will not collect, receive, or otherwise have access to any Personal Data under these Terms.
