IRB Debt definition

IRB Debt means Indebtedness of the Borrower arising as a result of the issuance of tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds or similar tax-exempt public financing.
IRB Debt means Indebtedness and other liabilities owing by any Loan Party pursuant to any IRB Document at any time.
IRB Debt means Indebtedness of the Company arising as a result of the issuance of tax-exempt industrial revenue bonds or similar tax-exempt public financing.
