IPPs definition

IPPs means independent power producers;
IPPs means those ‘Principles’ more particularly described in the State’s ‘Information Privacy Principles (IPPS) Instruction’ (as amended from time to time), a copy of the latest instruction many be viewed at: ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇- circulars;
IPPs means the 'Information Privacy Principles' set out in Schedule 1 to the PDP Act together with any 'applicable code of practice' as defined in that Act;
