IPPC Regulations definition
IPPC Regulations or “the Regulations” means the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Regulations 2002 (LN 234 of 2002) as amended by LN 230 of 2004, LN 56 of 2008 and LN 437 of 2011 and words and expressions defined in the IPPC Regulations shall have the same meanings when used in this Permit save to the extent they are specifically defined in this Permit. It shall include any future amendments or superseding legislation.
