IPPC Licence definition

IPPC Licence means a licence for the purposes of section 83 of the Environ- mental Protection Agency Acts 1992 and 2003;
IPPC Licence means a licence for the purposes of section 83 of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 and 2003;
IPPC Licence has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(b).
