IPP Sale Agreement definition

IPP Sale Agreement means any agreement or instrument to which one or more Restricted Subsidiaries of the Issuer are party, providing for the sale by a Restricted Subsidiary of Equity Interests or assets of any of the IPP Entities or for transactions relating thereto.
