Invoicing Party definition

Invoicing Party means a Party that issues an Invoice for Charges or MDL Charges, as the case may be, in accordance with section 21.

Examples of Invoicing Party in a sentence

  • By the Invoice Date, the Invoicing Party shall issue an invoice for the payment obligations, if any, incurred hereunder during the previous Invoice Calculation Period together with all supporting documentation and calculations reasonably necessary to evidence all amounts charged thereunder.

  • In the event the Invoiced Party disputes any portion of an invoice, it shall notify the Invoicing Party in writing within [***] ([***]) days after receipt of invoice.
