Inviter definition

Inviter means citizens, business entities or organizations of Mongolia or foreign national who has legally residing in Mongolia over 90 days period, who makes guarantee for financial resources for staying in Mongolia and inviting the foreign citizens;
Inviter means citizen, entity, and organization of Mongolia or foreign national legally residing in Mongolia over 90 days period, who guarantees financial resources for the invitee to stay in Mongolia;
Inviter for a party plan event, means the person who invites another person to the party plan event. "party plan event " means an event for which the following circumstances exist:

  • The head of COGAT is entitled, at his discretion, to adjudge applications in exceptional circumstances as well, including examination of applications involving common-law spouses, same-sex spouses, children of residents of the Area even if those children are not registered in the population register of the Area (including children of the Inviter from a previous spousal relationship), and families in which the Inviter is deceased or does not reside in the Area.

  • The Inviter may in its sole discretion elect to notify, or not to notify affected Tenderers when it takes any action with respect to the Request for Tender, but will not be obliged to provide any reasons to any Tenderer for any of its actions in relation to the Request for Tender.

  • If he/she wishes to formalize the status of his/her spouse, an Inviter may submit an application to the Palestinian Authority together with the relevant supporting documentation.

Related to Inviter

  • Invitee means the same as that term is defined in Section 32B-8-102.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.

  • Interview (in subsections (3) to (7)) means a work-focused interview; “relevant benefit”, in relation to any person required to take part in a work-focused interview, means any benefit in relation to which that requirement applied by virtue of subsection (1)(a) or (b) above;

  • Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.

  • Attend in respect of a line, means to be within 10 metres of the line.

  • Contractor’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Contractor for the purposes of the Contract. The initial Contractor’s representative is as indicated in the Form of Agreement.

  • Joint Written Direction means a written direction executed by the Investor and the Company directing Escrow Agent to disburse all or a portion of the Escrow Funds or to take or refrain from taking any action pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Permitted Person means – the Representatives of the Recipient; and any other person to whom the Recipient discloses Confidential Information with the prior written consent of the Disclosing Party;

  • Bidder/Tenderer means the interested Firm/Company/Supplier/Distributors that may provide or provides the general order items etc. and related services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • Supplier Representative means the representative appointed by the Supplier from time to time in relation to this Framework Agreement;

  • Leader means the person vested from time to time (in accordance with law and the applicable constitutional arrangements) with the political leadership, for the purposes of this Agreement, of each of the London Local Authorities listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1

  • Project Director means an employee of the Recipient designated by the Authorized Representative to be responsible for the overall management of the administrative and technical aspects of the executed Agreement. The Project Director is set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.

  • Designated Person means a person or entity:

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
