Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit 2.2(c).

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means the notice substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto to the Lenders in connection with the solicitation by the Borrower of Competitive Bid Quotes.

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means a written notice to the Lenders from the Administrative Agent with respect to a Competitive Bid Quote Request in the form attached as Exhibit C-2 hereto.

Examples of Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes in a sentence

• The Agent shall notify the Lenders of its receipt of a Competitive Bid Request by 12:00 noon, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, time, on the date of receipt of the applicable Competitive Bid Request and the contents thereof and invite the Lenders to submit Competitive Bids in response thereto pursuant to the form of the Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes attached hereto in the form of Exhibit H.

• Promptly after receiving a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Administrative Agent shall send to the Banks by telex or facsimile an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.

• Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Agent shall send to the Banks by telex or facsimile transmission an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.

• Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Servicing Agent shall send to the Banks an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Borrower to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.

• Promptly upon receipt of a Competitive Bid Quote Request, the Agent shall send to the Banks by telex or facsimile transmission an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, which shall constitute an invitation by the Company to each Bank to submit Competitive Bid Quotes offering to make the Competitive Bid Loans to which such Competitive Bid Quote Request relates in accordance with this Section.

More Definitions of Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means an Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes substantially in the form of Exhibit "D" hereto, completed and delivered by the Agent to the Lenders in accordance with Section 2.3.3.

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes means a written notice to the Lenders from the Administrative Agent in the form attached as EXHIBIT I-2 for Competitive Bid Loans made pursuant to SECTION 2.23, and a written notice to the Lenders from the Borrower in the form of EXHIBIT J-1 for Competitive Bid Loans made pursuant to SECTION 2.24.

Invitation for Competitive Bid Quotes has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03(c).
