Investor Units definition

Investor Units means the Units beneficially owned by the Investor Group or any Securities (other than Public Investor Securities) received by the Investor Group in respect thereof (other than in a Realization Event).
Investor Units means the Investor Units of the Operating Partnership.
Investor Units shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the LLC Agreement.

More Definitions of Investor Units

Investor Units means the class of Units issued to the Initial Members in respect of their Capital Contributions, having the rights to distributions, allocations and voting rights set forth in this Agreement. Each Initial Member will initially have the number of Investor Units as set forth opposite its or his name on Exhibit A hereto, which will be amended from time to time as set forth in Section 13.6 following the issuance of any new Investor Units, the admission of any new Member, or the transfer of any Investor Units by an Initial Member in accordance with this Agreement.
Investor Units means the Class A Units, the Class F Units, the Class I Units, and any New Class of Units that are generally offered to non-Centurion Family Entities.
Investor Units means the Units purchased by Investor hereunder.
Investor Units with respect to each Investor means, together, such Investor’s Investor Shares and such Investor’s Investor Warrants.
Investor Units shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1 hereto.
Investor Units means (i) any Investor Units originally issued to the -------------- Investors pursuant to this Agreement and designated as Investor Units on Schedule A, (ii) any Investor Units otherwise acquired by a Person holding ---------- Investor Units and (iii) any Investor Units issued with respect to the Investor Units referred to in clauses (i) or (ii) by way of dividend or Unit split or in connection with a combination of Units, recapitalization, merger or other reorganization. An Investor Unit will continue to be an Investor Unit in the hands of any Person to which such Unit is transferred.
