Investor Certificates definition

Investor Certificates means any one of the certificates (including the Bearer Certificates, the Registered Certificates or any Global Certificate) executed by the Transferor and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form attached to the related Supplement, other than the Transferor Certificates.
Investor Certificates as defined in Annex X to the Pooling Agreement.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement, the Transferors may, from time to time, direct the Trustee, on behalf of the Trust, to issue one or more new Series of Investor Certificates, which will represent fractional, undivided interests in certain of the Trust Assets.

  • Subject to certain conditions in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Series Supplement, if the principal of the Investor Certificates has not been paid in full prior to the Series Termination Date, the obligations created by the Pooling and Servicing Agreement and the Series Supplement with respect to the Investor Certificates shall terminate on the Series Termination Date.
