Investment Properties definition

Investment Properties means those assets designated as "Investment Properties" in the most recently available audited consolidated financial statements of Majid Al Futtaim Holding;
Investment Properties means developed real estate investment properties located in the State of Hawaii or the continental United States and owned in fee by Holdings or its Subsidiaries, but excluding Development Real Properties, Agricultural Land (whether leased to third parties or operated by Holdings or any of its Subsidiaries), Leased Non-Agricultural Land and agriculture-related properties such as hydroelectric facilities and solar equipment.
Investment Properties means all real property owned by a Group Company (other than Tallinna Moekombinaat) from time to time, held to earn rentals and/or for capital appreciation (including property under construction for such purposes) and any other property reported as investment property in accordance with the Accounting Principles, including land and buildings, which are planned to be held for a longer period of time and which have different possibilities to be used (i.e., land bank).

More Definitions of Investment Properties

Investment Properties. : means, collectively, the Income Properties, Properties Under Development, land held for future development and investment properties held for sale;
