Replacement Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.
Home Equity Loans means loans or funded portions of lines of credit secured by mortgages on one-to four-family residences or stock of cooperative housing associations, where the Failed Bank did not have a first lien on the same property as collateral.
Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.
Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.
Initial Loans means the Eligible Loans evidenced by the Notes sold on the Closing Date pursuant to the Initial Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.
Investment pool means an entity created under the Texas Gov- ernment Code to invest public funds jointly on behalf of the entities that participate in the pool and whose investment objectives in or- der of priority are preservation and safety of principal, liquidity, and yield.
Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
Related Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Restructuring Loss” means the loss on a modified or restructured loan measured by the difference between (a) the principal, Accrued Interest, tax and insurance advances, third party or other fees due on a loan prior to the modification or restructuring, and
Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.
Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:
Bridge Loans means the Loans (as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement).
Home Equity Loan means a loan or funded or unfunded portions of a line of credit secured by a mortgage on a one-to four-family residences or stock of cooperative housing association, where the Failed Bank did not have a first lien on the same property as collateral.
Original Loans means the loans and other extensions of credit outstanding under the Original Credit Agreement as of the Effective Date.
Eligible Investments mean book-entry securities, negotiable instruments or securities represented by instruments in bearer or registered form which evidence:
Investment Account As defined in Section 3.12(a).
Principal Funding Account Investment Proceeds shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.03(a)(ii).
Investment Portfolio means invested assets (including cash and cash equivalents, short-term investments, bonds or other fixed income securities and equity investments).
U.S. Revolving Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Eligible Loans has the meaning specified in any of the Purchase Agreements or the Sale Agreement, as applicable.
Acquisition Loan means a loan or other extension of credit, including an installment obligation to a “party in interest” (as defined in Section 3(14) of ERISA) incurred by the Trustee in connection with the purchase of Company Stock.
Bank Loans means debt obligations (including, without limitation, term loans, revolving loans, debtor-in-possession financings, the funded portion of revolving credit lines and letter of credit facilities and other similar loans and investments including interim loans, bridge loans and senior subordinated loans) that are generally provided under a syndicated loan or credit facility or pursuant to any loan agreement or other similar credit facility, whether or not syndicated.
Investment Assets means all debentures, notes and other evidences of Indebtedness, stocks, securities (including rights to purchase and securities convertible into or exchangeable for other securities), interests in joint ventures and general and limited partnerships, mortgage loans and other investment or portfolio assets owned of record or beneficially by the Company.
Second Lien Loans means the “Loans” as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement and shall, for the avoidance of doubt, include Incremental Second Lien Loans.
Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent) or if not rated, determined by the Adviser to be of comparable quality.
Investment Securities means any of the following:
First Lien Loans means the loans made under the First Lien Credit Agreement.
